vba Excel OCR is there a way to convert image into text

vba Excel OCR is there a way to convert image into text

I would like to convert image into text within Excel? Is there a DLL that
i can reference to do that. I know that oneNote do OCR Quite well, it will
be really cool if we can use the api in vba excel. Thanks for your help.
PS: I have tried to install MODI for VBA (from address below) , but i
couldnt find it in the reference window.
